Our Legislature is mostly lazy, I do not think it has anything to do with billionaires. More states need to run their Legislatures like Texas. Except for Special Sessions called by the governor, they only meet every 2 years for 140 days. The Next regular session of the Texas legislature is not until January 2027. I believe this is more productive.

Once again our elective officials do not not care about us, only billionaire's.
