Public forum on voter registration to be held in Hattiesburg on Sept. 30

Six nonpartisan organizations will host a public forum on getting out the vote at the Jackie Dole Sherrill Community Center at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025.

Peg Ciraldo, president of the League of Women Voters Pine Belt, said college students will conduct the forum, which will be hosted by the League of Women Voters Pine Belt, the Forrest County NAACP, Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Mississippi Votes Action Fund, Mississippi MOVE and the National Pan-Hellenic Council of Hattiesburg.
